  • What does the application process at aenable look like?
    At aenable, we place great importance on a transparent and efficient application process. Here is an overview of the individual steps: 1. Online Application: Submit your application via email to work@aenable.de Upload your resume and, if desired, a cover letter. Additional documents are optional. 2. Initial Interview: After reviewing your documents, we will invite you to a brief phone or video interview. Here, we would like to get to know you better and tell you more about the position and our company.. 3. Technical Interview: In the next step, you will have a conversation with our team, consisting of our managing director and a future colleague. Here, you can demonstrate your knowledge and skills and learn more about the daily work with us. 4. In-person or Virtual Meet-up: You will have the opportunity to get to know our small but dedicated team and our company culture. If you are not local, we also offer virtual meetings. 5. Offer: If we are convinced that you are a good fit for us, you will receive a written offer. We look forward to welcoming you to the team!.
  • How long does the application process take?
    Our goal is to complete the entire application process within 1-2 weeks. We will keep you regularly updated on the status of your application throughout the process.
  • What documents are required?
    For an application, we primarily need your current resume. A cover letter is optional, but it can be helpful to explain your motivation and specific qualifications. Additional documents such as certificates or references can be submitted if necessary.
  • Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?
    Since we are a small team, we have a limited number of open positions. Feel free to apply for all positions that are relevant to you.
  • What should I bring to the interview?
    For the interview itself, you generally don't need to bring anything, as we already have all the necessary information. Just be yourself and be prepared to answer questions about your background and qualifications.

    Since our team is small, you will be directly informed by us about the current status of your application. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at any time.
