What does the application process at aenable look like?At aenable, we place great importance on a transparent and efficient application process. Here is an overview of the individual steps: 1. Online Application: Submit your application via email to work@aenable.de Upload your resume and, if desired, a cover letter. Additional documents are optional. 2. Initial Interview: After reviewing your documents, we will invite you to a brief phone or video interview. Here, we would like to get to know you better and tell you more about the position and our company.. 3. Technical Interview: In the next step, you will have a conversation with our team, consisting of our managing director and a future colleague. Here, you can demonstrate your knowledge and skills and learn more about the daily work with us. 4. In-person or Virtual Meet-up: You will have the opportunity to get to know our small but dedicated team and our company culture. If you are not local, we also offer virtual meetings. 5. Offer: If we are convinced that you are a good fit for us, you will receive a written offer. We look forward to welcoming you to the team!.
