Your role as an Assistant to the CEO
In this central position, you will be the right-hand of our CEO and help ensure that operational and strategic issues are implemented smoothly. In doing so, you will take on responsibility in organizational, administrative and coordinating tasks.
Your main tasks:

Support of the management: Organization and prioritization of appointments, preparation of documents and presentations as well as coordination of projects.

Communication: Interface between management, internal teams and external partners.

Office management: Organization and administration of administrative, commercial processes as well as assumption of special tasks.

Process optimization: Development and implementation of efficient workflows to relieve the management team.

Event management: Planning and organization meetings and events.
